A luxury home fragrance retailer wants a limited-edition seasonal gift collection for the holiday selling window — a curated multi-product experience (candle + mini reed diffuser + room spray) unified under one scent story, rather than a single product in a nice box. Challenges we help address
Non-negotiable deadlines. Seasonal collections must reach stores before a fixed selling date. We plan design, production, and freight against your calendar and can commit to a delivery date contractually.
Luxury packaging at volume. Brand standards can demand rigid boxes with magnetic closure, velvet-flocked inserts, foil stamping, hand-tied ribbon, and an FSC-certified outer sleeve. Consistency across a full production run — not just a prototype — is the real challenge, and it is where our packaging engineering and inspection process focuses.
Multi-product kitting. A gift set combines several products produced on different lines, then assembled into one box. Kitting is treated as a first-class production process with 100% visual inspection, so sets are complete, correctly oriented, and free of visible packaging defects.

- Parallel production. Candle pouring, diffuser filling, room spray assembly, and packaging production scheduled to converge at the kitting station.
- Kitting & inspection. A dedicated kitting line assembles each set, with 100% visual inspection checking correct items, orientation, foil alignment, and finish.
- Compliance documentation. REACH/CLP documentation and safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS) are available for the candle and diffuser components; transport and shipping classification reports are provided for sea and air freight. Real documents can be downloaded from our compliance documents page.
- Shipping & guarantee. CIF or DDP terms, packed to export standards with desiccant and corner protection; a delivery-date commitment can be written into the contract.
