Capability scenario. This page describes what Aromiso can build for packaging consolidation programmes. It is an illustrative example of our single-source packaging capabilities and typical specifications — not a record of a completed customer transaction or a specific client’s results.
The scenario
An indie fragrance brand selling reed diffusers and room sprays through its own website and independent stockists has a strong brand identity but is stretched by supply-chain complexity: every packaging component comes from a different supplier — bottles, caps, labels, boxes, tissue paper, thank-you cards, and mailers — each with its own relationship, MOQ, and lead time. This is the kind of situation our single-source packaging bundle is designed to simplify.
Challenges we help address
MOQ fragmentation. When each supplier sets a minimum that exceeds a small brand’s monthly volume, you over-order and tie up capital in packaging inventory, and components arriving at different times cause production stoppages.
Colour inconsistency. A brand identity built on a specific colour can drift when several suppliers interpret that colour independently. We establish a single physical colour reference so every printed component is approved against the same standard.
Coordination overhead. Chasing multiple suppliers for updates, quality disputes, and delivery dates consumes time that a small team could spend on product, marketing, and sales.
What we can do
- Component audit & consolidation. We audit your existing components for material spec, print method, and dimensional tolerance, then propose a consolidated bill of materials under one order.
- Colour management. A single Pantone reference under D50 lighting, with physical colour drawdowns for every printed component and a target tolerance of ΔE < 2.0 measured by spectrophotometer.
- Consolidated production. All components produced within our packaging partner network under a single schedule, staggered so they converge for kitting; each component QC-inspected (AQL) before kitting.
- Kitting & shipping. Components kitted into ready-to-pack sets (the exact quantities for a fixed number of finished units), packed in kitting order, and shipped FCL with DDP options.

What this means for you
If you are a small brand juggling multiple packaging suppliers, the hidden costs — time, colour inconsistency, stockouts, inventory bloat — often exceed the apparent savings of shopping around. Consolidating to a single source does not mean sacrificing quality; it means one colour standard, one lead time, one relationship, and one invoice. Share your current components, monthly volume, and colour references and we will prepare a consolidated proposal with MOQ, lead time, and kitting options.
